APPLICATION

ZLF Series FBD Tipper is mainly used to discharge material from the product container of fluid-bed dryer(FBD).It consists of hydraulic lifting system hopper turnover system column horizontal gyrate system stationary chassis and so on. To start to work the hopper on the FBD tipper should be firstly connected with the material container of fluid-bed dryer by fastening bolts. Switch on the lifting button to lift container. Switch on the trunover button the container will be turned over 180. Gyrate the column horizontally make it joint with the feeding mouth of equipment on the next procedure. Open the butterfly valve to start discharge Auto controlled discharging valve is optional as per customer's requirement.

FEATURES

b.Applying specially-made butterfly valve with no dead angle no remnant.

c.Both inner and outer srufaces are all polished to high quality it is easy to clean.

d.It is specially designed to directly discharge material from the material container of FBD into cone mill.It can greatly prevent dust emission when discharging material.

e.Auto-controlled discharging valve is optional as per customer's requirement.
