Use
QBJ series semi-automatic hopper cleaning machine is used for cleaning the turnover hopper in the production of solid preparations. The inner surface of the hopper is automatically cleaned by rotating cleaning balls, and the outer surface is cleaned by manual water gun. The cleaning ball can be lifted to meet the cleaning needs of different specifications of the hopper, and can be used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries.

1. Touch screen operation, PLC control, control system adopts multi-level password management to ensure the safety of operation data.
2, process parameters using formula management mode, the system has data storage, fault alarm, data printing and other functions.
3. The inner surface of the hopper is automatically cleaned by a rotating cleaning ball to ensure the consistency of the cleaning process; the outer surface is cleaned by a manual water gun.
